Off Season Weight Lifting Information

I sure hope that everyone is having a great start to the winter season! Here is the information regarding our off season conditioning program.
Our first sessions will be:
Monday, December 8
Tuesday, December 9
Thursday, December 11
That first week we will get those athletes who are not in a winter sport or in the class started. We will be focusing on technique, attitude, and anything extra. For those that are already in the class, we will provide other conditioning activities.
The next week (December 15, 16, and 18) we will do individual testing to develop your personal weight lifting program.
After Christmas break, we will begin our 12 week individual program. Plan on every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school. You should allow yourself 45 min. from the time you start. If you have any questions, please ask!
